Aethon was informed of a potential cyber security vulnerability prior to it being published by CISA today as is their standard practice, and it was mitigated by a system patch prior to the notification. No vulnerability was actually exploited at any of our sites.
While we are pleased that there are articles about this issue that acknowledge that the potential cyber security vulnerability has been corrected, there are also certain false and/or misleading statements.
Aethon’s review of this matter is ongoing and will be addressed further in due course.
